Chris, the instructor here, is flexible and extremely helpful. The school offers private lessons and group classes. The classes are small and the dojo is clean. I love this school :)

As someone who struggles with anxiety and chronic overthinking, I walked into Sensei Chris' Dojo for the first time nervous and not sure what to expect. Chris was patient and indulgent of my ramblings, while making me comfortable enough to demo some ... practical skills in self defense. I surprised myself by signing up for lessons, and can say with 100% certainty that it is one of the best choices I've made in a long time.
